Since 2023, UTECH has been using Dream Booth XR in their tradeshow activity and for demos, and JetStyle has been adapting it to UTECH’s needs.
Dream Booth XR Explainer
Challenge
The biggest one is the sales process.
While UTECH’s sales managers had extensive knowledge and expertise, they struggled with visualizing the benefits of the products. They needed a solution that could both engage clientsduring trade shows and help their sales team better communicate the brand’s value and scope.
UTECH's engineering products are top-quality and highly specific, but quite often they are nearly impossible to display in a traditional trade show setting. A showroom would need to accommodate numerous construction variants, which would make it the size of an industrial warehouse.

Solution

We created an immersive XR product that allows conducting interactive and immersive XR demos. We call it Dream Booth XR.
This demonstration booth is easy to bring to any trade show or a client meeting.
The booth allows clients to virtually "step inside" the model. For example, when they view the roof structure, clients can zoom in on specific components, e.g. the metal beams and ventilation systems. As they interact with the structure, they can unlock an "exploded view" of the components and see how each piece fits into the overall system.

We have been supporting UTECH all the way through the development and implementation of the Dream Booth XR. In case of any troubles with the platform or the hardware, we’re here to deal with it as quickly as possible.
The core value of the Dream Booth XR is its ease of use. Once your prospect puts the headset on, they admire the product and enjoy the immersive experience, with zero onboarding needed.
What’s Coming Next
Together with UTECH and other users of Dream Booth XR, we fine tune its features and outline plans for its future development.
Hand tracking
Future updates will allow users to reach for a tool in the virtual space and virtually "pick it up". The booth will be used to create a deeper understanding of the products' benefits.
Impact
In 2024, the Dream Booth XR debuted at a tradeshow with UTECH. The marketing & sales team reported higher engagement and more meaningful conversations with prospects.

How we launched Dream Booth XR

Hardware
After testing different models, we chose the Meta Quest 3 and Pico 4 Ultra headsets, both offering a high-quality mixed reality experience.
We started with preparing content: UTECH provided us with the 3D models* of their products. We needed to create maximum realism, so we optimized them for better performance, added textures, materials, and finer details.
*If you don’t have 3D models of your products, we can develop them from scratch.

This is the killer feature: you don’t have to rely on internet access.
